I know that in Louisville, Kentucky it is completely anonymous. The price varies though depending on how far along you are, it can be $500 if only 5-6 weeks pregnant to $2000 for someone who is 20-22 weeks along. Most places will not abort after 20-22 weeks. Parental consent is required for any procedure if the patient is under 18 years of age and you must have someone there to take you home because you are under general anesthesia. You also have to go through a small counseling session and have blood drawn to test rH(+or-) they also provide the shot that is required if you are rH neg. As for it going on your medical records, they keep a record of it a the clinic, but it is up to you to inform your regular doctor (if desired, but it is recommended). The only doctor that will ask if you have ever had an abortion is an OB/GYN, because they need to be aware of all your previous medical information regarding your Gynecological history.

nicely, you could not do it anonymously- you should make an aptment clone of any docs visit. i imagine it interior reason intense priced- round $six hundred. if you're a minor you should have parental consent with i imagine, a signiture. And, it doesnt flow in clinical records till you tell your healthcare professional about it. it really is inner most which skill- till u supply them permission to launch your report on your healthcare professional- they are not allowed through regulation. I see that different ppl are putting their own beleifs only before your question. If it truly is what you want to do- then thats *your* selection. only you could come to a decision what's nice for you and your challenge. If u favor info- then thats what i'm giving.. wish each little thing works out ok!
