No, then the color won't take very well. If your hair puffs up, tame it with a frizz treatment. I use Pantene Restoratives. I'm not promoting the product, I've just used it and it works.

Yes and NO there's Certain hair dyes that you can apply to wet or dry hair!! But they're professional colors!! If you using a hair dye from the box ( doing it at home) I don't think that there's any that you can do w/ wet hair!!! Do it dry and make sure you clean your hair at least 24 hrs before you dye your hair!! Don't believe that little myth that hair takes dye better when its dirty!!

i read this 1 to my daughter which is 32 and shes taken this over here. Hi im shelley, if ya dont want puffy hair then when evere you wash it or whatever just pull down on it and put the hair dryer on it,.not too close cause it will damage it,just as long as ya are kinda pullin on it so its straight but if ya dont want it straight, have the wave or curl to it just use mousse after washing i8t then brush or not depends, and squish it up and let it dry on its own.

No. Dye has to go onto dry hair, otherwise it can dilute the chemicals.

No. You have to buy more than one bottle or use what you have to highlight only. Never skimp on your hair sugar, it's always on your head!!!!
