i'm assuming firstly that she knows you know, and secondly that you have confronted her about it. if that's not cleared the air then i'd stay distant. on the basis that if she has a conscience then she'll come back to you sooner or later on bended knees! (if she's bothered) if she don't then don't you make the first move because she simply doesn't care about you as much as you thought...

Absolutely! Do it, not just to be the bigger person, but because she's family, you love each other, and at any given moment she can be taken away from you..Holding a grudge for a long time is never the answer. If she did something awful, forgive, but don't forget.

Do you really want to know? Or do you just want someone to agree with you. Because you seem determined to begrudge her for it.
But if you really want to know, forgive her, because your grudge will do you more harm than good. Learn to let go, and love your sister, and try your very best (and then some) to work things out.
And may I express my sincere sympathies. Life is hard, and sometimes it seems the world isn't big enough for the 7 billion of us. Life also isn't fair sometimes. Sigh.

What's new? She's done this all your life if You don't know how you can pretend? Let her pretend she's you ruin your name. Cost you thousands in legal expenses, family or not she's a liar. Family or not anyone that sides w/her is no better. Personal experience don't miss the abuse. Blood may be thicker than water but it runs out alot quicker. Good Luck................

Ask yourself this no matter what she did but just say you didn't forgive her and something awful would happen to her even if she died, could you live with yourself knowing that you were mad at her without forgiving her. Life is to short (age does'nt mean anything rather young or old we can dye any time)

Hello there,you can't do but to forgive and forget. Process of forgiveness begins as soon as third party is involved.You have called on the largest population of the intellectual people. Believe you me,no reasonable one will come out here and urge you not to forgive her of whatever she might have done. She is your blood and forever she will. Forgiving is better then revenge as its strengthens love after ward. I reckon she is gonna be your best friend whenever she comes to understand your love and patience

U shud maybe chat to her n tell her ur insecurities. Tell her u can't forgive her totally but you would like to make amends, and get on for the sake of the family. Just be careful around her in future.

Remember that you can choose your friends, but you can never choose whom you are related to. She is your sister and to forgive is divine. We all do silly things when we are young and we see our siblings as our first rivals. You will have a talk over it when you grow up and probably laugh over it. For the time being, put it all behind you.

It depends how bad the things were. If they were just childish actions then I would forget it. If it was something bad, like stealing a boyfriend or something--then it would take me a while to forgive her, but I think I would eventually do it.

Life is too short hun, sort it out before it is too late and you regret it!!!!!! I am not saying be best of friends, let her know what she has done and how hurt you are, but try not to hold a grudge, especially within a family as they are the worst to sort out!!!!!!!! Good Luck xx
