it could just be mild stress but it would be worth speaking to your GP....give him more detail and he will decide if you need further help.

could be many resons. if they're really bad ie moods sining from extreme highs to extreme lows, you could be sufferig from Bi-polar disease which is rotten for the sufferer, if it's less obvious than that you might be a manic depressive.. you could also be an undiagnosed diabetic.. erratic sugar levels greatly affect your moods and would not always be recognised without a simple test..either way a wee visit to a sypathetic doctor could sort you out a treat. Good luck xoxo

try and look at how the good days are different from ur bad days. It could just be that u are not getting good sleep / u are worried about things ( family, friends, job). it cant be depression if your everyday functioning is good, Minor stresses can have a as much affect on ur mental health as major events like loss.

Maybe take a 1 month inventory of yourself look at and write about who or what triggers your mood swings, if not see a GP,could be that your bi-polar, {new term for a form of depression}. if not that then the cause could be what your consuming, food, drink, cigarettes etc.

i had that until i got put on my cocktail of effexor and wellbutrin. I was told i had repressive depression that was manifesting other signs of bi-polar. Talk to your doctor and get checked out because i can honestly say those moods suck and unless you have supportive friends and family it just sucks for everyone all around

We all have mood swings. It is natural. When these mood swings occur and interfere with your daily routine...........that's when you should seek advice from your GP. Maybe you have a hormone imbalance or diabetes. just have it checked out, if you think it interferes with your daily life.

If you are female it sounds as though your hormones are up the spout and need to be balanced - if you take any drugs or drink a lot perhaps you need to ease of a bit.

you could be bi-polar, but you should try and notice if you go through mood swings throughout your day. Don't lie to yourself either, make sure you notice exactly how your body flucuates, because any inconsitancies can be fixed by medication.
Good bye and good luck.

Work on the "nasty". Otherwise, other people get revenge, either openly, or in roundabout ways.
