my daughter is 16 months and she has 103.4, should I take her to the emergency

That is high but she is 1 so try to bring it down with some cold towels and tylenol and motrin together. Call her Dr and make an apt just in case it is an ear infection or something.

umm yea i would take her to the emergency room...i had to when all 3 of mine were that age, with a fever like that, there is usualy some underlining cause that needs to be treated immediatly.

That's too high. She's probably going to die if you don't take her to the hospital soon. But, that's just my opinion.

She's going to start losing circulation in her body, and she's going to get gang green and lose her limbs.
