that is so off topic it is actually funny.
I don't know which topic you would need to post in to ask about making poisons, but the homeschooling section isn't it.
And honestly, are we supposed to believe that you are trying to kill rodents................

Rats and mice like chocolate and peanut butter. We had some really smart mice that avoided the traps we set out until we stuck some chocolate chips into some scoops of peanut butter and put that on/in the traps. They can't resist.

set a little raw hamburger out 2-3 times then mix your bait into the hamburger

I don't know about rats, but i caught a mouse once, and flushed that sucker down the toilet.....Hahahahahahaha.....and i caught another one again, and threw it out in the snow at the streets.

Well, I would say for you to call the exterminator to exterminate the rats

Use latex gloves when handling the posison, but you should get an exterminator.
