What is the best way to hide the fact that you are wearing diapers?

The more expensive brands fit better under clothing. Don't wear super tight pants. Wear shirts that come down a little further.

You really don't have to go to any extremes to hide a diaper under your normal street clothes.

Unless you are wearing an ultra thick diaper that would bulge the pants off an elephant then most people would never know you have one on.

I'm male and wear diapers 24 / 7 for medical reasons. I wear pants that have the pleated fronts so that there is a little more fullness there which hides the extra padding that is there, I also don't wear trim fit pants of any kind, a little bit of bagginess is okay, don't get carried away with it though to the point you look like a slob.

When I put on my diaper I also wear protective waterproof plastic pants over them because I wear a cloth diaper. After putting them on I put on a pair of regular underwear and tuck in my t-shirt to help keep the plastic quiet when I walk, they also smoothe the shape of the diaper more.

I wear polo shirts most of the time but at times I also wear dress shirt and neck tie and no one has ever mentioned anything about my wearing diapers or anything. Other than my wife, even my family (brothers and sister) don't even know i wear them and I'm around them all the time. I know them, if they even had a hint, they would be saying something.

I wear diapers for med reasons to....but as i am usually at home and wear jest a diaper and t-shirt, i am not sure if im the one to answer your question,,,i do know this though,,,,diapers and sweatpants dont go together..
