Yes
John 1:12 But as many as received him (Jesus), to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Phil 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

Of course. Not only that, but they also determine whether you will have any eternity at all. Those who are adamant that they die with their body, are most likely right about it - in relation to themselves. A Soul must have a purpose which it must follow, in order to earn for itself eternal life. It must use every lifetime towards becoming a wiser, better, and more pure Soul.
If this topic interests you, read "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website. It explains it exactly, how we choose and influence our fate.

Yes. I believe the choices we make in this life definitely determine where you will spend eternity. It is clearly written in the Bible and for those "spiritual" people it is karma. What goes around comes around, I believe we will either be rewarded or condemned on judgement day.

Without a doubt. Once you take your last breath, it will be late to change your mind. So I highly encourage you if you have not done so already, ask Jesus to forgive you for your sins, and come into your heart by faith, and save your soul. He told us in Rom. 10:13: 'Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." This includes every human being. But it must be done before we leave this earth. Read Rev. 20:11-15. It will tell you very plainly what the consequences will be for those who fail to do such. Please make the right decision, if you have not already done so.

BEST TO ASK THE SCRIPTURES
Rom.14:9-12; Philip.2:5,9-12; 2Cor,5:10; Matt.12:36; [ Angels Jude 6; 1Cor.6:12,3 ];
Matt.10:15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of
Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
Heb.9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
Acts.24:15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that
there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
John 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son
to have life in himself; John 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute
judgment also, because he is the Son of man. John 5:28 Marvel not at this:
for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear
his voice, John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the
resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection
of damnation.
Dan.12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt

No, I don't believe one's choice determines where one will spend eternity. I believe God's choice determines where one will spend eternity. Faith is a gift that overrides what would otherwise be a Hobson's choice of denying Him.

Whether you kill thousands of people out of hatred, or you are the most religious person on earth, you still end up dying and you don't end up anywhere. You die, and you just stop existing. Your mind flies away, and we don't know for sure, but it may get it's memory eraced and it may go into another body from a baby, but we don't know for sure, however there have been cases of little kids saying things from another person's life out of their own knowledge and memory, so that could be true.

If you are a Buddist they do. You build Karma through each success life until you finally get it right and reach nirvanah. Your Karma is formed by the deeds you do in life and they follow you all the way.
