He probably got one cheaper than the other. Check the shipping amounts, sometimes they catch you on that. Cheap price, stupid shipping charge. After you bid, it's too late.

Either s/he got one cheaper, s/he has one as a buy it now, one as an auction or s/he just decided to change the price.

Have you checked whether one is "Buy Now" and the other is within Auction process?
