start out with something simple like "how was your day?" something like that.
but how come you guys dont talk a lot? did you just start dating? are you guys too busy for each other?

If you and your boyfriend don't talk then there is really no reason you guys should be going out. To talk to him, either call him on the phone or talk to him in school, and you can start a conversation by saying how was your day?, Or How are you. Or something as simple as that. It starts a conversation very well. And then you can continue by asking random questions about there life, school/homework, what are they doiing over the weekend or what did they do over their weekend.

If your relationship doesn't have any conversation in it, what is it based on? Sex? What attracted you to him if he's not talkative. If you have to ask someone what to say to your bf, maybe you 2 should not be together.

Tell him that you really need to talk to him and if he doesn't well break up with him because if there is no communication then it wont last to long!!!

1. You both are not very smart
2. Neither of you has much of a personality
3. Both of you are boring

well...i hate to say it...but when you don't have a lot to say to somebody it usually means you don't have a lot in common...
i married the man who fascinated me the most...who i couldn't get enough of...who i wanted to talk to again and again......and we would talk for hours....
find somebody like that.....
