how about this.... you ask him out.. it's the 2000's it's not the 60's anymore.. he might be shy or maybe he just doesn't want to date you.. only one way to find out, so suck it up and ask him.. worst thing that can happen is he will say no, then you can move on with the knowledge of what you have learned. you'll both be better off.. just do it!! He might say yes!! or you can just sit there and watch him have some other girl ask him out because you don't have the guts...... good luck!!

I know what your going through and i'm only 12 years old. First you'll need to know if he likes you, if you do know for sure he likes you, he's probably shy or just doesn't want to say it infront of you at school because he'll be afraid he'll freeze up infront of you, and that you will reject him. If you don't know if he likes you, you might want to ask your friends if that guy is at any of your classes and see how he acts around them and see how he acts diffrent around you. Try being around him alot that way he'll feel more comfortable and not so worried around you. Hope you like my advice. :)

You can't force him to ask you out. Guys are shy and can't just 'ask you out'. Be patient and let him like you back. Once he gets the hint, wait for him to ask you out and if he doesn't. Why dont you just ask him out instead if you are a impatient person.

Tell him you like him and if he likes you than, do he want to go out with you. Don't just count on guys to ask girls out all th time. We are pretty much equal now so like I said, if he doesn't ask you, you ask him.

hum. Not enough information. Wear something a little revealing and order flowers for yourself if it is at work. Your next to favorite, but not your favorite. Tell him what oyu favorites are. ;)
You could also ask him for coffee to break the ice.
He might be shy, but he may be involved already too. If he is just walk away.
