I just saw a question about Bratz dolls and I just wanted to see how many parents out there allow their children to have these things. How many of you have kids who have one of these? They even make some of them now wearing corsets! Has our society really sunk this low?

Looking sexy doesn't mean you are a s1ut.
Vote for Bratz dolls!

I think that Bratz dolls are kind of scary looking. My youngest daughter is 9 and she is a tomboy through and through so I am glad she is not into dolls. My 2 older daughters loved all things Barbie, but they are both adults now. Thankfully, I don't have to play the "mean mom" role and refuse to allow Bratz in the house. My older kids all thought I was horrible when I refused to let them have Garbage Pail Kids trading cards.

we just celebrated my daughters fifth birthday and someone got her a baby bratz doll. I just thanked them and took it on home. When I got home my daughter wanted to play with it and I wouldn't let her.

I think that these dolls are the worst dolls out there. They look like sluts. They were the skimpiest clothes and make up. What happened to good old fashion barbie.

I would never buy a doll like this for my daugher nor do i let her play with them. I think these dolls teach children to be superficial. And want to grow up way too fast.

And have u seen the new barbie that has a dog and you give it a treat and push its tail and it poops!!?? I was thinking that it is disgusting.

The generation that is in charge now played with army men and GI Joes. We watched as 'redskins' wiped out the poor white settlers. We watched as our soldiers returned week after week unscathed from fighting Germans in Europe and North Africa on television. Look how we turned out.

Hmmmm. Ban the Bratz!

I agree they are horrible and I would never allow one of those things in my house---ever! Our society HAS sunk this low (sadly) and it's so bad that even innocent dolls are sexual now.

my niece has heaps of them and she is 3 years old. i dont like them but i don't think they have made her or are going to make her want to dress sexy or be sexy.....
i think its what they see on tv or how they watch their parents and so on.
my niece tries to dance sexy sometimes but thats not because of dolls its because of her grandmother teatching her.
her grandmother loves karaoke, dressing sexy and dancing.
and she is teaching my niece how to do it, despite other people telling her it's wrong.
when she is at home my niece plays with her dolls and makes them dance and so on and she says that they are like nanna.
i think that real life people are what influence little kids. if people around them are teaching them how to act properly they would be.
if they are being taught other things (like my niece) then thats how they are going to be and thats how they will play with their dolls.
but thats just my opinion.
im glad i have boys. but i still have alot to worry about and i hope i can teach them what is right from wrong

Nope, those will not be allowed in my house. They look like hookers. Barbie may give an unrealistic standard of beauty, but I do not want my daughter to aspire to look like a prostitute.

I can't believe that any mom would actually buy these for their daughters. My niece wanted one and I told her no..besides, I know my sister hates them as much as I do. There is a store called Limited II and I went in there with a friend of mine and the clothes in there are for little girls and pre-teens. They look like they are for hookers! I was telling my friend that I couldn't believe that moms would buy these clothes for their little girls. I said "Do they WANT their daughters to look like hookers?", and this woman in there with her 2 daughter's gave me a dirty look...OH well!

Don't have any and won't buy them, I find them too questionable for my impressionable children to play with.
