She's probably hoping you will !! It might be kind of hard to ask her when there are other people around, and it might be hard to find a time when there isn't! Where or when really doesn't matter. But just pick a time when neither of you is distracted by things going on around you, or she may not get what you're saying. Tell her she is a great friend, and you'd like to see if you could be more than friends, "would she like to go to dinner and a movie with you some time, just us two?" Make sure you say that, because since you probably hang out with other people a lot, she won't know what you mean unless you say it like that.

Well I don't know your life or your schedule so, not exactly sure where and when, but just ask her when is just hanging out. Also she needs to be relaxed not all uptight. The only reason that she could be uptight is that she knows that you are going to ask her or something very important. Just remember that if she says no you should say can we still just be friends then. She will most likly say yes. Just don't make her feel bad if she says no. Even if she does she will probably be more interested in you because you are interested in her and she will want to know why. However if you two are that close she will most likly say yes.

If you all have been friends then the door is already open and you can step in at anytime. All you do is tell her you think she is nice and unlike a lot of girls and you were wondering if she would like to accompany you to a nice restaurant for dinner just on a friend level and then if you all are having a nice time and conversation at the dinner then tell her 100% how you feel(only if you see she has some type of interest in you)

Well ask her when u feel comfortable. Girls like it to be private. If your afraid to tell her in person then write a note or ask one of your friends to do it for you. Don't be afraid. If you have been friends for this long the chances she'll say 'no' are slim. Just ask her. Good luck!!

I would simply ask, "Would you like to go out to dinner at (name nice romantic spot) on Friday night?" It seems too simple, but it really does work. I would ask her while on the phone or whenever you two are together. Just relax, take a deep breath and ask. She will understand what you mean. Good luck!

first off be calm bout it. 2nd off does she have feelings for ya? 3rd if so then take her out to a romantic dinner sometihng sweet tell her that u have enjoyed being friends and ya wanna be more. you feel like that yall should take the next step.

Just walk up to her and ask her out. Make sure she's not with her friends though otherwise she might get all embarassed and say no. don't act like you don't want to when you ask her otherwise she might think someone dared you. Be confident and don't get someone else to ask for you. It doesn't work most likely the girl will always say no.

Don't be afraid. Just ask her if she would like to hang out with you sometime and see what she says. If she says yes she would then ask her out.

be suttle and **** chicks love that.try to let her know ur interested in her with out seeming pushy.maybe if you can get her to go to a bar with you and liquor her up a little than shes putty in ur hands but don't take advantage jes gain her respect and trust.when the time is right youll know,and then u can follow ur heart and ask her whatever u want to.
