Everywhere I go there are pretty Mexican/Latina girls but I can't seem to get my approach down. How do I handle these situations?

Learn spanish! Dont master it, just learn some basics. It will be the best icebreaker wheh you try to say something, because they will correct you and you will have yourself a never ending conversation.
Seriously: If you just say something like: Hola, mi nombre es _____, como estas? (hi my name is ___ how are you? ) will be more than enough because you will probably ***** it all up and they will want to teach you and help you how to properly say it. Latina girls are world famous for their helping and caring nature.
Latina girls (not just mexicans) are not high maintenance, they are mostly humble and shy, even if they act/dress hot.
Dont behave like a player, because they are used to that kinda crap, be more like a caring man and you will get yourself a hot latina.

Here are some things we chicas love: Do u know how to dance? If so, show off ur moves, perferably salsa or merengue.
Can you speak spanish? Or at least try? Thats cute.
Dont say anything in spanish you really cant pronunce or try to make a joke out of it,,,,, thats just lame
Say this: Hola, eres muy bonita, te pue-do yamar?
That means: Hi, ur very pretty, can I call u.
I made some corrections so u can read it and pronunce it better

Offer to lick the taco........ ya gotta lick the taco brother....drives'em crazy......Then tell them you have a huge yard that needs regular maintenence.......(this usually helps gives them references for family members)......
