Which airline has the best food?

What do they have and why is it the best?

Definetely not northwest for starters. But all in all, there really isnt GOOd airplane food anywhere as its never fresh.

Singapore Air, Korea Air Lines (KAL), Malaysian Airlines and JAL. Flown with all them and many more. You select from a menu prior to the flight and it is ready for you the way you want it. Typical lunch: rock lobster tails on rice and steamed carrots. expect the usual oriental sauces. Bread roll with real butter. Dessert: flan or cherries in light cream sauce. Treatment: scented iced napkins for the cool off from the hot climate, or steamed in winter. Wine, champagne or one of the local native brews before takeoff and refills. Nothing but great looking girls serving the chow and quaff. They are looking for husbands sometimes. And this is all in coach (dirt) class. Plenty of leg and elbow room. How can they do all this? No FAA regulations (no FAA). No high priced union labor that goes on strike because the union leaders want higher dues. The worst foreign carrier is better than the best domestic (except Air France. I had rather walk)

So many hav got really good food. For example Emirates, SIA, Cathay Pacific, Sri-Lankan, Gulf air, Qatar Airways. But, Gulf air stands out cos for the first class passengers they have chefs onboard who would cook what you want provided the ingredients rr onboard.
