I've never heard of such a creature living in CA. Every now and then you'll find what I call "fresh off the boat". These are good women that have most likely moved to CA recently and haven't yet been influenced by the west coasts ways.
In my experience, this "fresh off the boat" phenomon can last up to 6 months. After that they're pretty much ruined.
