I am still rather sexually inexperienced. Okay, I had sex a few times, a few meaing around six or seven times. There are something which I've been given really high marks on, performing oral, and well to make it general, intimacy.
When it comes right down to intercourse, it seems to be different all the time, there will be nights when I can go for a few hours but times I can go for only a short period of time before ejaculating. There is a discrepincy (sorry for any spelling errors), so I was wondering, this is for the males of course, is there a way to improve my endurance so I'm always able to go for a long time or is it normal to have it be random?

It depends how aroused or in need to empty your load you are.crude but true.One thing to do is to pull out when you feel too excited,this prolongs your performance.Also to hold it hold it near the base when you are excited is a good way to last longer.good luck

I'm not a guy, but have you ever tried energy drinks and getting the proper the rest. Try resting up and relaxing and drink plenty of water. This helps with my guy.
