Ive been told that bottleing meat can be dangerous if not done right. Thats why I ask about the chilie verde.

I wouldn't bottle it unless you know what you're doing, but you can freeze it for several months!

Canning / Bottling anything is dangerous if not done right..
It is not difficult and bottling the chili verde with meat should be fine.

If it has meat in it, it HAS to be pressure cooked! Otherwise, you run the risk of botulism poisoning!

yes but you are right and the first time you do it you should have some one show you..i learned from my grandmother...you have to not give it just a water bath it needs to boil (i do 2 hrs and everything has to be sterile).............grandma used a pressure cooker to do her jars........
