I want to find non expensive ways to get off, and I dont want ways that can hurt myself.

Adrenaline is produced by the adrenal glands that sit on top of each of your kidneys. They produce the 'rush' of adrenaline that your body needs when it is exposed to danger so that you can move faster, be stronger, think quicker, and get yourself out of harms way.
So you sort of have to be doing something a little dangerous for the adrenaline to 'flow'.
Working as a Police Officer will wear out those adrenal glands.
I have bungee jumped... no big rush.
I was rushed by a Wild Boar in the woods of Arkansas.... that gave me a big rush and spun me into action real fast.
I had an intruder trying to get in my door one night that did it too.
Paint gun war is fun .... if you do it in a wooded setting and wear all cammo.
Diving in the reefs off Florida will give you a rush if you see a couple of sharks. Or you can just snorkel and see them and other nasty things too.

Thouhg some people think it's not scary Horseback riding. Thinka bout it. working with a 1500 lb animal that has a mind of it's own. Lok into hunter or jumper. I did this sport for most of my life, and I swear, my heart was ALWAY racing after compititions. I havn't found anything that gave me that rush since.

I really like rock climbing, and it's not that expensive. How about jet skiing or boating (you don't have to buy your own, obviously), or doing something new (and safe) sexually?

I usually get off by rubbing one out, if that doesn't work, try drugs
