This a fight where Rose is moving up in weight. Fenech did have some power. I pick ole boy Jeff by KO within 10 rds.

Two brilliant Australian fighters. Rose was an outstanding boxer and very durable. Fenech seemed to be unbeatable until running into Nelson and had tremendous punching power. I believe this would be a very spirited bout with Rose landing the most punches but Fenech landing the more telling blows. In the 11th round of an exciting fight Fenech wins as an exhausted Rose cannot continue with the referee intervening and halting the contest.

Jeff wins this pretty easy, I remember reading the Ring Magazine years back, and they wrote how Jeff was eating the rest of the contenders like lunch, heck he beat LaPorte when he had less than 10 fights, I got to see him at the tail end of his career vs Azumah, and while he was robbed in his first fight with him, the 2nd was no contest, still I go with jeff by 4th rd KO
