i downloaded porn blockers in the past and deleted them because i got sick of it whenever it would block a completely normal site just because it had one bad word. is there any porn blockers taht dont do that, it would know whether if it is a porn site it not or do they not exist yet

Try modifying your Content Advisor in the Internet options of IE, go to the Contorl Panel, click on Internet, go to the Content tab and adjust the levels there, you can set a password for control on all users so if you find a 3rd party program, then just go in, turn off the Content Advisor and then install the other software.
