Just think of thing you like to do. Like say you like to help people. You could be a Doctor for that.

college sounds great---im glad i went from an educational stand point, but as far as vocation goes it isnt the only way, which based on the details of your question is an assumption your making---course its not really your fault----youve had the fear of life drilled into youby academia, which is, at the end of the day, only big business. The system that now predominates, profits from scaring us from the time of sixth grade that the only way to be a "success"is too follow the flock and streamline ourselves from highschool sraight to college, thereby denying us what is sadly becoming a luxury -a unique life experience; that collection of events that when fostered, naturally evolves into those ideas that tell us what we ultimately 'want to be when we grow up'.

Your attraction to 'CEO's of movies' might possibly be no more than admiring the confidence, power or financial prowess of the character, because i can tell you from experience, any and all work ive done in an office environment has been mind numbing and completely unsatisfying and you ultimately end up feeling like a cog in a very dirty inefficeint machine with no purpose.
My advice? take some time off between HS and college get some work, travel, look around, see what makes people (and you) tick.
Bottom line, dont do your self the dis-service of allowing yourself to be pressured into 'just picking something' for the sake of making a decision. be true to yourself, take your time and the answers will come to you.

first things first...apply to college and get accepted. Second, pretty much your first 2 years are general education courses that build up a "broad background" per se, for your bachelor's Degree. Take these required classes these 2 years, but when you have to choose an elective course, choose something either you don't know much about or that has really interested you in the past. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to do in my Junior year of high school...boy was I wrong. High schools seem to put a lot of pressure on students to be driven into figuring out what the hell they want to be for the rest of their life....for goodness sake your only 17(??). Above all, don't go for what career makes the most money, but the one that will bring you the most happiness...where you will feel like getting up every morning and going to work, not dreading every Monday thru Friday morning...Good Luck!

Go see your college counselor. There are some tests they can give you to see what you are better at. I would do that and then maybe take 3 or 4 different courses in different subjects to see which one you like best. I went to school to become a nurse but realized after taking a nutrition class that it was more interesting and better suited for me.
