Well, if you both are willing, then why not try a long distance relationship? Maybe something more will cme of it in the future, like her possibly moving down there with you.

Thgis is a tuff one. if you are 25 or younger you will both cling for a while then forget about eachother. You can try visiting allot but it rarley works. Probabley not what ya wanna hear. If you are under 21 It's over and if you are under 18 then just go get laid because it will never work because those are the ages at which people go crazy with new freedoms. Barely any relationships last through that.

Why do you feel a need to forget about her? It's clear that you still "like" her. Keep the lines of communication open. This doesn't mean you have to be serious in any way, having girl for a friend is perfectly okay especially when they come with benefits.Who knows she may visit you in Florida.

You're only separated physically - not emotionally. Since you never formally broke up, I say call her up and ask if she wants to be in a long-distance relationship. If she says yes, make sure to call or email her often, otherwise she'll feel neglected. Long-distance relationships can be hard, but it can work if you're willing to work for it.

you can still call each other , email, write letters if she isn't that far away she can visit you. but in time it will be less and less contact if you two cant see each other as often as possible, You don't just dump someone you care about when you move away .But it will not work out in the long run. miles away and you both will play.

Long distance relationships rarely work. If you are in love you have a chance, but if you only "have feelings for her", move on.

call her and ask her if she would like to continue this relationship. It might not work because its long distance but still try.
