Yes, he definitely wants to go out with you, but it's kind of a manipulative and chicken way to say it. You might say to him, "I'd love to, just let me know where and when." Press him to make it specific and not be wimpy, not wait for you to make it happen. He's not your boyfriend now. He's interested in dating you, and that might lead to being your boyfriend, but he needs to grow a spine first and actually ask you out on a real actual date. Good luck!

Girl, you have luck in your hands!!! Yes, he wants to date you, but because he didn't give a time or place, he didn't ask you. He might be the type to want the girl to acknowledge the same feelings!! Just be prepared for a long distance relationship...

It means exactly what he said. "Do you want to go out sometime". Did you say yes if you wanted to? It doesn't automatically mean that he's your boyfriend. It would just be a date. Good luck!

OK so he likes you and he wants to ask you out but you have to help him along OK?
so the next time you see him say "hey when are we gonna hang out?"
OK on to the next problem he isn't your boyfriend until he asks you don't ever assume someone is your boyfriend until it is clearly said.

but things look good for you Hun Italians are crazy good looking and really romantic way to go you caught a hotty

It sounds to me like he wants to take you on a date :-)

He is not your boyfriend yet but is showing that he is interested in you. Next time you see him, say something like, "Hey, when are we going to go out?" Play it off as casually as possible and let him take it from there.

Good luck! :-)

Normally, when a guy says that be ITALIAN or not. He is just saying that MAYBE WE COULD GO OUT SOMETIME! Don't read too much into things. Guys are not that complex.

It means that he's interested in you (not a bf just yet) and wants to go out, but he's playing it cool so he doesn't scare you off by appearing needy or clingy.

When guys say "Maybe we could go out sometime" it usually means "I would like to go out with you", just they are scared to say it straight-up like that.

Just because he asked u out, doesn't mean he's yr boyfriend yet.
Date for awhile, then decide.
