buy an uncooked pizza from pizza hut, then heat it up when you are ready to eat!

but seriously, it would be a challenge to duplicate pizza hut due to the fact that you don't have the same type of oven and don't know the specific ingredients. you could talk to a pizza chef there and try to get your info that way.

Need to find a good deep dish pizza dough mix. Mix it with water in the mixer until dough consistence in manageable. Grab a piece of dough of about 16oz. Hand work it into a ball and then roll it into a flat tortilla like piece. Put it into a deep dish pizza pan oiled with 1oz of olive oil. Set oven to 135 degrees and leave to proof overnight.
Next day the pizza dough should be at least 1.5 inches thick.
remove from oven , leaving it in the same pan and spread Ragu sauce (slightly spiced with cumin and oregano) all over the surface of the dough.
Spread mozzarella cheese over the pizza until the sauce is completely covered.
Add your favorite ingredients on top of the cheese and put in over preheated @ 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
There you have it! pizza hut style pizza, made @ home.

The reason that you are unable to make a pizza like any of the commercial places is mostly due to your oven. If we do not have a convection oven, we will never master it.

I used to live in the St. Louis area and we purchased half baked pizzas and put them in the freezer until we needed them Since they were partially cooked in a convection oven, they were better than most.

Hope this helps.

I'm just guessing, never tried it, but if you like stuffed crust try putting cheese sticks into the crust and then folding it over. Other than that trying to replicate Pizza Hut would be hard.

A good pizza dough is the secret. The best are in "biscuit- type"
containers. Then you can roll it out to thickness that you like.
If using store bought pizza sauce add extra Italian spices.
A mixture of cheeses are better than one type,
Happy cooking!

I worked there, it is very difficult to make the crust, they order frozen dough, and put it overnight into a place with special temperature. They use canola oil to grease the pans, and as for other ingredients, they are quite ordinary: mozarella cheese, sauce like Prego, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.
Put everything to taste.
Cheers :)

Yuck. You can do much better than that at home. Search google for pizza recipes.
