She should have the pups b/t 58-63 days along. watch her she will probably not each as much and may start pawing at the floor(this is a sign of pain, contractions), she may throw up and if you can check her temp. It will drop maybe a degree in the 24 hrs b4 delivery. normal is 101.

Pregnant bitches usually will try to make a "bed" to have her babies in. 24 - 48 hrs prior to delivery her milk will come in. You can check this by squeezing the nipple and see if any "milk" comes out. Puppies won't be far behind. Whelping is usually 63 days after the breeding takes place. Keep an eye on her as she may need a vet to help.

When she is almost ready you will notice a change in her personality. Some dogs will want to be closer to the owner than normal and some will stay alone. Her eating habbits will change along with it. Set up a blanket in a corner off alone so she will feel more secure when the time is right you will know

You should know her dates ?
If not a tempter drop will indicate that she will whelp in the next 24 hours Panting messing up her bed wanting to be away water breaking it is really hard if you do not know her dates go to your vet and get a ultra sound and he will be able to give you a round about date

she will cry and she will dig ( scratching at the floor or carpet)when she begins to labor. She may need help also..... as in she may need you to help her clean the pups if they are comin fast. Be brave....this is all normal and she will know what to do...nature has a way of taking care of all. If you are in doubt..scared and cannot do this take her to the vet for safety sake and piece of mind.
