Yoga can make you feel better as a person so yes you can be a better person. If you feel better your in a better mood which rubs off. When you smile someone around you will.

I don't think it can MAKE people better, but I do think it relives a lot of necessary tension that can make people on edge and a little bit mean. Yes , I think yoga is a very good tent ion reliever that can have a ton of positive benefits. So I would have to say yes and no to your question.

Hatha yoga can make your health better. It messages your spine, and the stretching is good for stamina and balance. It helps one to reduce static energy and respect anothers space. If practiced - it should be behooving

yes! people that do yoga are more relaxed and calm...meditation is a good stress reliever! though I personatly don't like it, I rather work out to release my stress...
