How do you interpret this? I mean, there is this guy I am attracted to and whenever I talk with him at work (alone in his office however briefly) about anything business related my neck becomes red and I can't seem to concentrate. Twice now he has noticed, smiled and said, "You're red." I smiled and looked down and wondered if he could tell that I'm attracted to him. I smiled and said, "I don't know why. I'm fine for the rest of the day until this point." He smiled again and said, "I know why" and left it at that. When I got up to leave he called me back and asked if I had a good day. What is he thinking and what is going through his mind?

He is playing a guessing game. He thinks that he knows what is going on. Whether it is work rules or something else, he doesn't want to make an aggressive move. He might be afraid that he guessed wrong. He might want you to give him an OK. Just because you are attracted to him does not give him permission to make a move. He needs your permission....if you are interested. If you are interested, you need to set up a meeting in an environment that is friendly, not at work. Be honest with him. Don't be afraid to ask him questions. Don't be afraid to be wrong. As long as you are honest and respectful, things will work out. If he is not interested in you, he may be afraid of offending you by making the first move regarding communication. How embarrassed he would be to say something only to be told he was wrong.

He likes you. He wants to tell you he know and that he likes you, but is worried he'll cause a stink. You need to arrange a way to bump into him somewhere and have a non - office relationship. Take the sex slowly..(like 3rd date) - it can be stressful as hell for both of you at the office if the relationship goes bad.

He probably picks up your vibe about liking him. He might not want to go further with it in case company policies are in place.

work crushes are better left unexplored.

I'd probably leave it at that.
