He is a vicious poker player, addicted to Internet Porn, and makes this sucking noise with his teeth after eating roasted chicken with peas. Besides that, he's a gem.

I don't think he has any vices, because he is the maximum Buddhist, therefore he must have NO attachments to anything. Vices are attachments that lead to unhappiness. Buddhists strive for illumination and spiritual liberation. Vices would just drag them down.
So NO, I think the Dalai Lama is absolutely free of vices.
