For those who want to go to hell, please elaborate and explain if you desire to have your children, pets or family there, too. How do you expect to enjoy being in a place that is similar to being in a blast furnace?

heaven and hell can't be in next life, they are now
I desire to be with family, and if I am an 'unbeliever' than you will call me an outsider living out of the presence of what you call 'god'
as christianity evolved further and further away from Paul and his own twists of Judaism, we get Dante's inferno and all manners of exagerations and misinterpretations of greek and hebrew
how about making this life worth living and drop a fixation of "heaven" and join those living in the now, help your neighbor, love your fellow man, quit espousing a lie that divides us and keeps us in a perpetual hell of no contact and being afraid and miserable
can't we all just jam and get along, mon?

Can you explain how there could be *any* kind of existence in "a blast furnace?" There could not -- so there's no way you could go there, or spend an eternity there.
Wake up, pal -- hell is a concoction of people who want to control your behavior by scaring you. They want you to think that if you don't do what they tell you, you're going to go someplace really, really bad after you die. I've got news for you -- after you die, you're just dead. There's no heaven, there's no hell, there's just dead.

It was a joke on a myth that we don't believe in. Since we are often told we are going to a Hell we don't believe in we may as well have fun with it.

I am guessing it was an atheist or agnostic that said there was going to be a party in hell, or something of that nature.
They are just teasing.
There is no hell, but if there was, according to christian dogma, all of the cool people will be there, so that is where the party will be.
