My personal belief is that homosexuality is a choice, a behavior, and not a physical defect by any means. I personally have strong religious beliefs, and the Bible supports the belief that humans are not born gay. Science is attempting to "prove" that it is genetic, or some "brain abnormality" causes homosexual behavior, but I don't believe it will ever be proven. You choose your actions. It is a behavior, just like bestiality and pedophilia.
I'm sure not every here will agree with me, but you asked for my "thoughts" and I've given them. Until I see absolute scientific proof otherwise it will ALWAYS be my belief. Even if scientist DO come up with some "infallible facts" describing that people are "born gay", I won't believe it, just like I don't believe science's theory of evolution. It's full of holes, errors, suppositions, and the theorist HIMSELF denied evolution's validity before he died.
So, I guess I'll believe what I choose to believe, and you can do the same.

Yes, I think they are. I have known friends in high school that wrestled with this question, and found that they were gay. Whatever.
As an example, they did an experiment once in overcrowding rats. Because of the overcrowding, some rats exhibited homosexual traits in response to the overcrowding -- nature's way of keeping the population down. Honor gay people, they don't reproduce. Give them a tax break, I say.

The way I see it: Anyone who says that homosexuality is a learned behaivior is saying that under the right influence, they could be talked into enjoying having sex with someone of the same sex. Do you think you could be taught to be gay? Or if you are, do you think you could be talked into being straight? I remember my first crush in Kindergarten and nobody had to teach me to like this girl.

maybe...not sure! every individual is different, some people are straight then they turn gay, but I think maybe they had it with in them all along they just didn't want to admit it, maybe they do born that way...
I disagree with carmel fud...people don't choose to be gay...we don't get to choose this things it just happens! there's a lot of thing in this world that we don't have any control over!

Studies show that theres no one can pinpoint exactly if its nurture or nature a.k.a. Genetics or Upbringing.
Really if you see Gay, don't insult them. Its just happens and its not their fault! Youd dont want to be insulted if youre born blind, do you? same thing... BTW im not gay, hehe... I just dont like oppressors

I think most homosexuals are born that way. But there are a few who just fall in love with someone because they love them, indiscriminate of their sexual organs.
