I'm looking for some dinner recipies for two people. Something quick I can throw together for dinner, but that doesn't require much time (think easy dinner after a long day of work...). Other than the usual-tacos, spaghetti, hamburgers, etc. Yummy but quick.

How about Hamburger or Tuna Helper, a bag salad and some rolls. Can't get any easier than that.

Get some Chicken Breast that aren't frozen, season them with Italian seasoning, Oregano, and Garlic powder and top it off with Italian Dressing. Grill or bake no biggey. If you want to take up up a notch, cut up some Grn pepper, tomatoe, a lil garlic and onion into small baby bit size pieces and add them to your rice. If your not a rice eater Spagh noodles work well with this to, just go light on your seasonings and you can drench it in Italian Dressing if you want. I like tuna salad served on a bed of lettuce with sliced tomatoes, cold asparagus, boiled eggs cut in half, olives and a fruit salad made with pineapple chunks and Mandarin orange slices. It's easy, lite and delicious. Make the tuna salad with whatever you like in it. I like tuna, chopped boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish, chopped onions, chopped apple and a little mayo. After the salad is made place on a bed of lettuce on a plate, surround with slices of tomato, spears of asparagus, boiled eggs, olives and the fruit salad. Before you go to work in the morning place a can of asparagus, can of pineapple chunks and a can of Mandarin oranges in the refrigerator and they will be cold by the time you get home. Give it a try and I think you and yours will love it.

Spaghetti is the cheapest, easiest, fastest and simplest meal to cook. Just saute some onions, add the sauce, boil the noodles, drain, plate and serve. Salad and garlic bread are good sides.
