One time I was talking to this guy and he said I was intimidating b/c I was so smart. I have heard that from other people too. I have alot of guy friends but those who are not my " friends" are intimidated by me. I really dont try to be intimidating, I just appear that way to some people. Are there any ways could seem less in imidating?

You don't want to change that! And you definitely don't want a boy who is easily intimidated. Just wait until the right MAN comes along. Until know that you have to be the woman in the situation, and ask the guys out!

Don't pretend to be something you're not, first of all. That aside, there's nothing less intimidating than a smile, and just be as friendly to the people around you as possible. Let them get to know you...and also, if it seems like you answer way more questions in class than other students (I'm assuming you're in school) maybe hold off on that.

Answer some questions, and most of all, don't act stupid! But don't answer *every* question. Others can easily see that as showing off, or being a 'teacher's pet'.

Try to be cheerful and more approachable. I intimidate people all the time too. Some think I am mean, a brainy snob or evs. I try to joke around, ease the tension and get people talking so they can see I am just like them for the most part.

Just be yourself. There are lots of men out there that like smart women. Why change yourself to fit others standards? By being yourself you can live with yourself and be happy no matter the outcome of the opposite sex. If you cheat yourself out of being who you are then in the end you will not be happy with yourself. Stay true.

be proud! dont pretend youre not as smart just so they wont feel intimidated. look at it this way, youre getting rid of the guys who arent as smart as you, and the guys who are smart will be attracted to you.

Intelligence is not intimidating. At least from my point of view you would have to bench press more then me. Now that would be intimidating ;)

Be yourself. That way, when someone shows interest in you, it's because of who you are, not what you're pretending to be.

Once you start pretending, you might end up having to keep the act up forever, and it's not worth it for anyone.

You don't have to reduce your intelligence to become less intimidating. If they feel intimidated because you're more intelligent that them, it's their dumb fault and not yours. Just stick to those who can handle it.
It's this annoying "have to be on top" attitude that guyz have. Ignore them and ride on, baby. But try not to be "in your face" pompous about it.
