G'day Zeeky boogy do,

Thank you for your question.

There are plenty of good smoothie recipes out there but this is a good one.

Skinny Mini Smoothie

Sip on this sumptuous smoothie for a quick nutrient boost, including calcium plus other essential nutrients. You can even blend up your own favorite concoction. Just remember to use milk and yogurt to give you that cool, creamy base. Then add your favorite ingredients.

8 ounces of fat free milk
5-7 large unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
6 ounces of orange juice

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If there is leftover smoothie, put it into small plastic cups, put a stick in the middle and freeze. This makes great frozen fruit pops for the summer time.

I have attached other recipes for your reference as well.

Enjoy.

This is the easiest one I make:

about 6-8 frozen strawberries
about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
give or take 3 spoons of sugar (do it to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla
a little milk or soymilk to start

Blend and then add more milk until desired consistency. Add more sugar if necessary. Simple, but really good and addictive! Very adaptable as you can tell.

put about a cup of plain or vanilla yogurt (more if you like) in a blender with any 5 frozen fruits to your liking today I did it with, wild blueberries, strawberries, mango, peaches, and raspberries, peel and cut a banana, add. pour in juice, today I used pomegranate juice, blend, enjoy!
low fat, high in nutrition , Delicious add as much juice to get the consistency you like. you can do it in batches if you want alot, but filling a regular size blender will make 5 big glasses. you have to blend and stir, blend and stir.
