Well honestly?
I was really tolerant to others' views when I first started coming here. I am not a Christian, but treated the peoples' Christian faith like any other option. Then eventually I got sick of being called names and reported for what seemed like absolutely no reason. I then took a good hard look around and realized that it is most likely the intolerant fundies on this site who are doing anything they can to anyone they can who does not agree with them.
Do you want proof? Look at the second-to-last question I asked about gender segregation in the church, directed soley at the fundamentalists. There are tons of nasty answers by fundamentalist Christians--and the question was a sincere one!
I guess when I've had it, I don't really get angry, I just give it right back so to speak.

I so agree with you.
The animosity is really ridiculous here.
It's just thrown out there like someone throwing bait out to see who will scramble for it.
It seems to be coming from Christian, Jew, Muslim, Pagan, athiest, agnostic, and all other corners.
There are, unfortunately, some people here that just enjoy hurting others.
That's about the size of it.

I don't bash until I get my beliefs bash. I respect everyone's beliefs. However I have every right to a tit for tat if someone is ignorantly insulting my beliefs

I agree with you.I think this Q&A site was originally meant for entertainment and for people to discuss ideas.It's a shame that its become such a fight.
