my mom went to court on 9-18 and was told her license would be suspended 90 days, however the main office that sends you a restricted route license, has no idea about her license being suspended and can't send her the restricted ones to drive to work until they get it. We live in SC if that makes a difference. I'm just confused as to why the local court said suspended and the DMV says it's not.

No it was not a DUI or any other traffic violation, no drugs either

Two different agencies at work. On is the criminal court system that has the authority to revoke/suspend your driving priviliges and the other is the Department oLicensing that oversees the licensing administration. Once the court determines to revoke your license, they have to submit the paperwork to DOL for entry into the system. A 90 day suspension sounds alot like a DUI conviction.

Time lag. Or she may have a limited occupation licensce that allows her to go to work / church oir family duties only.
