Trim off the split ends. Avoid washing your hair everyday - you can still wash the rest of you though. Use a good conditioner - Pantene contains lots of silcone which will hide some of the damage, but won't actually fix anything, so might not be that great. Coconut oil is great for moisturing hair, as is adding a bit of honey to your usual conditioner. Coconut oil will also help control the frizziness.

Try not to shampoo every day, but do it every other day.. some people say gross because it gets greasy, but that's if you over condition. You will have to cut the split ends off, but use conditioner just on the ends of your hair.. not the top. Your scalp's natural oils can reach your roots just fine.. it's the rest of your hair that gets left out and needs extra attention. Over cleansing can dry out and strip your hair of what little oils it has. Just apply conditioner and treatments to the ends and dry parts of your hair and you'll see a big difference :-) P.S. They are right about the Conditioner and shampoo isn't as important... I use Pantene Pro V - Damaged/Dry hair but mine is very thick so it might have too much moisture for you.

You need to get a regular trim, about every 8 to 10 weeks, use a reconditioner pack once a week, and every time you shampoo use a body building shampoo for fullness, if you use heavy conditioners it will weigh the hair down, I would suggest a spray on leave in conditioner after every shampoo. It conditions and strengthens without weighing it down, Infusium23 is a good product. You can pour some into a spray bottle and water down some if it is too sitcky full strength.

HEY!!!!
You can use homemade hair masks about once a week or every two weeks with things like eggs, mayo, olive oil, banana, avocado, coconut or almond oil. From my experience I would recommend that you go online and get a product called Pro Natural’s moroccan argan oil online because that stuff is the best for damaged hair. It’s not oily and it doesn't make your hair greasy, you just pump a bit out and comb it through your hair, it makes hair stronger and healthier, plus it helps a ton with the frizz. I love it:):):)

First you need a real good conditioner for your hair. You need to let it sit on your hair for at least 15 to 20 minutes. After you have done that you need to have someone clip your ends for you. As to get rid of the split ends.

Coconut oil! I read somewhere that coconut oil penetrates into hair strands, moisturizes, and protects it from damage. I did my own research and surely enough, what I read was correct. PubMed contains all the experiment studies. I highly recommend. Been using coconut oil for two months now and hair feels soft and looks great!

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss and damage hair. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .
