How come you can have a Lamb, Beef, Chicken curry but not a turkey one?

You can have whatever sort of curry you like, just depends on whos cooking! Im sure if turkeys were roaming in India then they would have ended up in a curry pot.

Because Turkey is not a native bird to India.
I do make a Turkey curry and Tandoori Turkey.

Most likely because Turkey curry tastes bloody awful, just like Turkey does on its own.

Why would you go into a electrical store to get a turkey? I now all the staff that work for them are mainly turkey's. But that is besides the point.

A Chinese take-away close to me had chicken-curry on the menu, but according to trading standards it was cat!

Last night we werent sure about odering the 'meat; jalfrezi
perhaps that was turkey and not the local missing dogs we suspected

BTW we did decide against it and paid the extra for King Prawn jalfrezi the alternative to 'meat' instead
