alot of people think being tempted is sinOr an evil thought coming to your mind?,what do you say?

sin is bull$hit! the only one sin is going to hurt is yourself if you have guilt. if you don't perform the evil thought, you haven't done anything wrong. all you have to worry about is having a clear conscience.

If you are being tempted by someone who knows that what they are tempting you with is a sin, than I would say they are the sinner. If, however, you succumb to a temptation that you know to be a sin, than you are also a sinner.

Jesus was tempted by Satan in the wilderness. So , no temptation is not a sin. Giving into temptation would be a sin.

Temptation is not sin. It is definitely a danger zone. The devil knows our weaknesses and when we are weak he tempts us. To become strong I find it important to fast and pray. Just like the worldly person works for the mastery in the area of their expertise. ...the christian works for mastery over the flesh and its weakness. We can do it. We CAN do it. It takes the same commitment we had to sin. It take a passion to replace a passion. Find something good you can be passionate about.

No. The Bible says even Jesus was tempted, but without sin, because he did not act on his temptation. You can't help being tempted; you can help acting on it.

depends on what kind of temptation, like if you are tempted to jump in the pool, that is a temptation but not a sin.

temptation itself is not sin but its the way to sin ....thre is an acception ....if u look at a women with lust in ur heart u have aldready commited adutlery in ur heart ....and that my brother is a sin.
