Mt 5:17 “Do not think I have come to get rid of what is written in the Law or in the Prophets. I have not come to do that. Instead, I have come to give full meaning to what is written. 18 What I’m about to tell you is true. Heaven and earth will disappear before the smallest letter disappears from the Law. Not even the smallest stroke of a pen will disappear from the Law until everything is completed.

Yes it is addressed in the new testament. It is addressed in Acts 10:12-15. It ends with God stating,"what God hath cleansed, that call not thou common." Meaning that the laws (as they go with dietary laws) according to the OT were not for the NT.

Most dietary laws were done away with in the NT One verse from Jessus Himself in Mark 7:19 because it does not go into his heart, but into his stomach, and is eliminated?" (Thus He declared all foods clean.) The church did put restrictions upon eating meat which had been sacrificed to idols in Acts, but that was not because the meat was unclean, but because it was an offense to some weaker brethren.

Jesus addresses many of the phrases; sometimes he says the phrases are being silly, and other times he agrees with them.

Like Jesus though if he could heal the sick on the Sabbath, then he should. However, the phrases were miffed major that he "Worked" on a Sabbath day. Also, Jesus let his disciples eat without washing their hands, telling the ppl that what we put in our mouths is not as important as what we put into our souls. Again this miffed the phrases major. When Jesus Ascended into Heaven, he gave the keys to heaven to Peter, and with these the discretion to review the laws based and give direction for God's intentions.

The Ten commandments will not pass away. But the ceremonial laws have been abolished. Dietary laws come under ceremonial law.

You may say, "I am allowed to do anything." But I reply, "Not everything is good for you." And even though "I am allowed to do anything," I must not become a slave to anything.
1cor 6:12

So don't let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new-moon ceremonies or Sabbaths.
col 2:16

the above verse talk about how we are not bound by the laws of the old testament. but in collossians, it also talks about respecting the feelings of others by not eating in front of them things that offend. so the first issue is that jesus' death/ressurection/ assention finishe the hold that the law has over us. but in response to his love and grace, we need to act with love toward others and not try to offend or antagonize.
that's pretty much how we shoild aproach everything that we do.

Breaking Yahweh's Laws of health, peace, or sexual activity brings harm. There is no sin that one can commit without causing suffering. It is not always instant, it may be weeks, months or even years before it's noticed. You may have even forgotten what you did to cause your suffering but it will come.

I John 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.

Proverbs 26:2—
As a fluttering sparrow, or a flying swallow will alight, so a curse causeless will not come.

Eating swine flesh is a putrid and rancid custom that causes trichinosis
trich‧i‧no‧sis –noun Pathology a disease resulting from infestation with Trichinella spiralis, occurring in humans, caused by ingestion of infested, undercooked pork, and characterized by fever, muscle weakness, and diarrhea.

You cook the pork to kill the worms that are in it they tell you(Yum Yum) You may kill the worms but the eggs hatch in you belly and cause many symptoms that eventually dying you will die. That is the reason that Yahweh gave his Laws to his children as to protect them from the curses that you get from breaking them. As any loving caring father would. Because they changed the Laws of Yahweh that were written to guide us to perfect health, peace and joy, the curse has been laid on all of mankind, the earth is defiled and nuclear wars are coming that will leave few survivors.
Daniyl 7:25—
And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the saints of Yahweh, and think to change the Feasts and holy days, and Laws; and they will be given into his hand until a time, and times, and the dividing of time.

Isayah 24:5 The earth also is defiled because of the inhabitants of it, for they have transgressed the Laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

The preachers who teach that Yahweh's Laws have been done away with or that they cannot be kept or that they were only for the Jews are shown by the Savior to be false prophets, which the whole war raging world follows. This is the type of deception the Savior was referring to in Mattithyah Chapter 24.

Mattithyah 7:15, 17, 21-23—
15 Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
17 Likewise, every righteous tree brings forth righteous fruit; but a tree of evil brings forth fruit of iniquity.
21 Not everyone who says to Me; Teacher! Teacher! will enter into the Kingdom of Yahweh, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day; Teacher! Teacher! Have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and in Your Name performed many wonderful works?
23 But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who transgress against Yahweh's Law!
