If you don't mind fattening, try biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs. Or an Omlette with a side of hash browns, side of sausage or bacon and toast.

I think a good mix of protiens, high fibre carbs and vitamins, eggs,beans toast and a piece of fruit. Or yoghurt ( good stuff like natural sheeps) natural museli, fresh fruit. Or a bagel with ricotta, and a bowl of fruit salad, a smoothie with yoghurt, berries, and juice with a fruit muffin

A nice, good ol' "Plato de Arroz con Habichuelas con bistec encebollado, tostones con ajo y ensalada de coditos" at 6:00AM. Puertorrican style.
Puertorrican Rice and Beans, steak with onion, fried green plaintains with garlic and elbows pasta and mayo salad.
