If you're going to make sweeping generalizations about a specific faith group because of a rather peculiar and vitriolic post by one person (who was likely never appointed to be a representative of that group), then I don't think it's the Christians who are experiencing a problem.
Relax. It's YA. Things get kind of weird here, and strange posts abound. It doesn't mean that the entire Christian population necessarily agrees with the ravings of one loose cannon.

Well, I would say that person is not a Christian by the language used. Only God truly knows if they are Christian. There's been enough written about the "fruits of the Spirit" on Yahoo! Answers that I don't want to be repetative. This person does not appear to exhibit any of them.

I don't know, she was speaking from her heart and she wasn't ranting about the Endtimes or Eternal Torment. It just sounds like she was sick of people bashing her faith and was saying that she doesn't give a Sh!t about what anyone has to say about it anymore.
