They're giving me a thirty day notice and I don't have much time left, nor do I have much money, to get a new place. If I use Army Emergency relief it's going to put me in the hole for the next month so I'll be dead broke either month. I'm getting out of the Army soon and I have an outrageous Star card payment over my head as well, with a truck payment that's eating me up that's why I'm selling the truck. Any advice?

Your SOL do you realize that you may not get your last pay checks? If your star card is outrageous they will take the money. Are you in military housing, cause if your getting kicked out, you better go, find someone to clear it for you like a cleaning team or get hot and clean it yourself so you can clear, you do realize that you must clear everything on base before you get out right? That includes your star card, housing, and forget Army relief if your getting out they're gonna laugh, there's no way they'll know you'll pay it back. Way to go, you may reconsider getting out.

pay the minimums on everything until you can pay your rent. look into a smaller place, an efficiency if you must. how come you bought a new truck and didn't have any money saved up? if you've paid your truck payments on time every month. call them and they can stick your next months payment on to the end of your loan. they did this for me twice when i really needed it and it kept me from financial disaster. if your able to, get a second job waiting tables or something. begin to look for a better job since you'll really be broke if your losing your army job. look into using your college benefits if you received any from the army.

They will probably take your stuff and lock it up. They can have the police escort you off the property. Get a storage bin and put your stuff there. About $100 a month.
Or sell your stuff. You didn't spend your money wisely and now you are paying for it. Learn from this lesson.

Are you getting kicked out before you done serving your time?
Talk to your commander mebay he can fix something up to get you a lil extention but i`m afraid that there is if at all not much to do.
If it come down to it they might pack up your stoff and send a cleaning team take your keys away and send you the bill.
sorry don`t have better news

If you are in the military can't you apply for relief? Or some sort of protection? I don't know much about military but I know my husband and I recived a one time help from sort of VA assistance. It was a one time thing, but it got us through the rough spot.
Do you have legal assitance in your area?
