Drinking enough water can help metabolism, too. Like two liters a day. Cut out caffeine, and down on salt.
Also, there are some foods you can eat as much as you want without having to worry. Diet sodas. Fresh vegetables like spinach. High fiber stuff.
My favorite lunch: an entire bag of fresh spinach, just enough balsamic vinagrette to wet everything, some feta cheese and smoked salmon. Yum. And you can eat a ton of it if you want because it's good for you.

If you have a healthy diet during the week, there's nothing wrong with having a treat once a week. It's a goal to look forward to! I eat low-fat most of the week, but splurge on pizza or take-out when I feel too lazy to cook.

Ok, the way to stay on a diet w/o cheating is to eat less of what it is. Dont just stop. You will lose the weight, but when u do end up eating, youll eat a whole lot because your body didnt have it for so long. So, just eat less of the usuall.

Eat salads with NO FAT dressing, you could add a couple bacon bits in too. Stay off the sweets or get the sweets that have No calories... those are pretty nasty though. Add sweet n low if you wanna drink something with water or add it in some other stuff.

just eat less. If you usually eat 4 peices of pizza eat 1 or 2. its simple and plus, you can eat what you want. So, now that u get what u want, you wont b tempted 2 cheat.

everybody cheats. just stick with the diet the best you can and don't use cheating as an excuse to give up the diet entirely.

Find a diet that suites your need like theres a chocolate diet out there. It alows room in your diet for a sugary sweetness.
