Genetics is what determines the type of hair we have. You really can't change it (save for dyeing, perming and cutting). The styling products and shampoos to make your hair thicker only adds build-up to make it appear that way until your next shower. You can make your hair thinner in volume by having a hairstylist thin it out, but then it grows back in layers. I have thin and fine hair - I hate it. I would love to have thicker hair! You're lucky.

If you not born with it you can't but what i would do is put some jam in it, your hair might not be fine but at least it will be soft

You can got to the salon and have them thin it out...it would be just like a regular hair cut.

you cannot change the thickness or texture of your hair to make i finer, only thicker. but maybe you can slick it down with goo so it looks finer.

Have your hairdresser "thin" it out. They'll know what you're talking about.
