Sit on the pointed end of a broomstick as hard as you can, jump up and down on it for several minutes. That's rape. Rape isn't sex without permission. Rape is brutality. It's on the same level as torture.

Because there is a social stigmatism associated with rape. People who survive being tortured are thought of as heros. People who survive rape are scrutinized as to whether they "asked for it" or "had it coming". They are often considered to be less than, damaged, or soiled.
That is why rape is worse.

And the only person who can give you a qualitative answer on this would be someone who's been through both and I don't think you'll find anyone like that on here willing to talk about it.

What is the difference? I was raped and the after thoughts were torture! Thank God I have moved on with my life, I can talk about it openly without getting upset!

you are sick. rape is torture it tears u apart. u are never the same. it takes your freedom away your scared all the time. u look over ur shouder all the time. u trust NO ONE. u think everyone is out to get u.
that is torture and if u think its fun or u think its a game get help u are sick. rape is a crime get it a CRIME. its not a game.

it is taking away your agency. both rape and torture are bad.
no one has the right to abuse you in anyway, toruture and rape are abuse, which is not right. do you not agree or do you not take rape as a serious crime?
