I'm listing how may years that they can collect judgments. Wage garnishments for NH and some links that you might want to do some reading and searching in.

Statute of limitations in years:

Domestic Judgment: 20

Foreign Judgment: 20


GENERAL GARNISHMENT EXEMPTIONS

50 x fed. min. hourly wage - All future wages are exempt so that the court cannot issue an ongoing order.
