u need to go to a beuty store and get placenta hotoil treatment and u go home mix that with eggs and MAYONNAISE the most important one and u put it on ur hair leave it as long as possible the longer the better i leave it for a whole day.dont use GEL AT ALL it just makes ur hair dry the more moisture u have the better.
do this every week until u see ur hair getting better then do it twice amonth and then once a month. use pink lotion and always trim your hair evry 6 months the longer u leave bad split ends the more it will take ur hair to grow.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourishair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results

The vitamins that are essebtial for hair are Biotin and Silica ( You can also use Vitamin E and Essential Fatty Acids and these will also help your skin. ) Along with prenatal and a very balanced diet should help your hair. I will say this though, some people's hair grows faster than others.

as a hair designer of 15 yrs. I have to tell you the truth. Everyone hair grows at it's own pace, but the average is 1/2 in. per month. Hair grows from the hair follicle outward, therefore, the better you take care of yourself the healthier your hair will be. Brushing with a boar bristle brush will help distribute natural oils or healthy sheen. Conditioners help protect from environmental pollutants and heat damage, but a healthy diet and vitamins is your best bet.

The growth rate of your hair cannot be sped up by anything you do to the outside of your head. The hair there is already dead, just like fingernails. Even the hair follicle will only produce hair at a certain rate and cannot be sped up, you will have healthy hair follicles if you are healthy. Anything sold to you that says it will speed up the rate of growth is a lie. Your hair grows at it's rate your girlfriends at another, it's a genetic thing so you can't change it.

Try the Mane and Tail Shampoo and Conditioner. I know a bunch of people who have used that it has chnaged the texture and growth of their hair drastically. You can usually find their ads in the back of Teen magazines. It's the same formula used for horses' tails. Weird I know.
Their website is manentail.com.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMKMw While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Peoples' hair does tend to grow at different rates, but you can optimise the health of your hair and thus the growth rate with a diet rich in fruit, vegetables and oily fish.

It's going to sound weird, BUT pre-natal vitamins and make sure you have a healthy diet. I mean think of how when women get pregnant their hair and nails grow like crazy. Yes, they eat for two, lol, but they also make sure they get all the vitamins and nutrients their bodies need.
