It's better than the original suggestion though....one of our founding fathers proposed that our national bird be the Wild Turkey.It fed many a person through the long cold winters of the early years of our country.That's also why we stuff millions of'em every year for Thanksgiving.

If what I examine as a baby is real, Ben Franklin needed it to be a turkey. won't be able to say that is an extremely majestic finding chicken, yet i assume we could a minimum of evaluate it. because we didn't want to go with benjamin franklin's idea that it shoud be a turkey. we wanted something to symbolize freedom, might, and majesty.
