can you get a new title reissued for a flood damaged car with a certificate of destruction???

can i use the vehicle or is it only good for parts if i get a rebuilt title? i know in some states you can get reissued a title..?

The only possible use for a flood write-off given a clean title is to sell it to an unsuspecting buyer. It will always be classed as a write-off. States and provinces are especially on the look-out for flood cars after Katrina.

No, the only titles you can get for that car is salvaged and rebuilt....

You wouldn't be able to get a clear, normal title. It would have to be a water/salvage title.

No, it will always be flood/salvage classification.
